1. This competition is not open to personal friends, family or employees of either Designs4biz or the Trinity Spotlight.

2. We aim to contact winning entrants by e-mail or telephone within 3 days of the competition closing date. Winners will be chosen at random by the judges and all decisions will be final.

(If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, a new winner will take their place)

3. This offer is for Web Site design only and does not include; a Domain Name, Web Hosting, Logo Design, Registration with search engines, shopping Carts/e-commerce site, e-mail set-up (with server or local machines) or a 'Macromedia Flash' designed website.

4. No cash alternative will be offered, however all winners will have the option of having their site upgraded (extra pages, Flash site designed or logo design etc) - chargeable at normal rates. See Our [ Price list ] or Contact Us for more details.

5. The winners will be responsible to provide designs4biz with all textual content typed up in a PC text file.

(A typed text file includes MS Word, Notepad, an e-mail or similar Kind of PC text file - therefore Designs4biz will not be held responsible for spelling mistakes, once site has gone live)

6. Winners will need to provide all photos/images as jpeg or gif PC formats. If a winner provides their photos/images in paper format a scanning fee will be chargeable. Winners will have up to 2 weeks to pass all site content to their web designer, unless unavoidable circumstances interfere.

(Winners will be responsible to ensure they do not break any copyright laws; regarding images supplied to Designs4biz)

7. Winners have to be willing to have their name/business name published in the Trinity Spotlight or have their pictures taken for the designs4biz & Trinity Spotlight websites.
